Nine-Piece Tai Chi Qigong
A Self-Care Program to Improve Health & Well-being
Qigong is an aspect of traditional Chinese medicine that involves coordinating breathing patterns with physical postures to maintain health and well-being. This course is a Qigong practice based on Tai Chi postures from the five major styles and Push Hands. It is designed to improve the general health and well-being of the practitioner. It is based on the philosophy, principles and best practices of both Tai Chi Chuan and Qigong (energy work). This course places emphasis on synchronizing body movements with proper breathing techniques. This is an excellent course for health and life-long wellness.

Traditional Yang Family Tai Chi Chuan – 103 Posture Hand Form
Section 2 - Movements 17-54
This class is a comprehensive course of study of movements 17-54 of the Traditional Yang Family Tai Chi Chuan 103 Posture Hand Form. This class will explore the important aspects of the art and address how it’s practice can provide positive benefits to both physical and emotional health. Traditional Yang Family Tai Chi Chuan is an ideal part of an overall health program by reducing stress and gently building strength, endurance, flexibility, balance and coordination.
